Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at Numaira Glow! We are committed to delivering your premium skincare orders safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timeline
* Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
* Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
* Please note that Sundays and National Holidays are not included in working days.

2. Shipping Charges
* We offer nationwide delivery at standard shipping rates. 
* Any ongoing promotional Free Shipping offers will be automatically applied at the checkout.

3. Payment Options
* Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the rider at the time of receiving your parcel.
* Advance Bank Transfer: We offer special promotional discounts for customers who choose to pay in advance via Bank Transfer. Bank details will be provided at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking ID. You can use this ID to track your parcel on our courier partner's website.

5. Address Modifications & Delivery Attempts
* Please ensure your delivery address, city, and mobile number are 100% correct while placing the order. 
* Our courier partner will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If unanswered, the parcel will be returned to us.
